Fusion debuted in Germany at Succeet, impressing agencies with transparent AI analytics, clear visualizations, and strong ROI potential.
Three ambitious Citrus superheroes (in capes of course) landed in Germany in March to showcase Fusion’s analytical superpowers. We pre-launched at Succeet in Wiesbaden, the world’s larget market research industry event (3000 delegates). It was our first commercial venture beyond our Nordic backyard.
Fusion has been in active use since January at two agencies and two client-side teams in the Nordics. How would it resonate outside Scandinavia? It clicked! Succeet was as success. We had plenty of interest, and most importantly: Dozens of agencies and data scientists telling us that «this is exactly what we need».
Three things stood out to our visitors
After all the demos and conversations, we saw patterns in what our booth visitors responded to.
Fusion’s transparency stood out most. Especially among «quant-heads», like data scientists and analysts. They loved the ability to check, control and explain Fusion’s calculations, easing any AI-related worries.
Second, they were impressed by the analytical and visual outputs. Fusion generates robust conclusions, clear charts and high-impact infographics automatically.
Finally, we loved the positive feedback on UX and workflow. We put much thought into it. Typical comments were: «Looks fresh and modern»; «A new way to analyze surveys»; «Simple workflow».
Of course, many asked about pricing and the value proposal. There’s a clear ROI case for any agency or insight team. Cost per project is very reasonable. With Fusion, you’re not really buying a software, you’re investing in analytical capacity and higher margins.
What about concerns?
We’re not only here to brag about our product. You might think: What about critical questions and concerns? Of course, we’re not perfect.
Frequently asked question: Is the PowerPoint report export native and branded? Not yet. Standard charts are editable after export, but you can’t use your own PPT template...yet. Fusion exports to neutral white PPT-slides, allowing you to continue editing in your own template outside Fusion.
How about tracker reporting, dashboards and quick toplines? There are other platforms better for that, but we will introduce Survey explorer this fall.
Will my client data be used for training AI models? Understandable worry, but the answer is no. Nothing is shared outside our secure EU-based servers.
